Job Title: Fleet Lead

Job Description
- The Fleet Lead (Plant) is a role with mandate to ensure availability, reliability, and safe use of fleet assets.
- The personnel will be responsible for compliance to overall fleet governance processes and use of applications to address waste.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of NBC fleet in the plant and ensure repairs are done timely and properly
- Administer an annual budget and ensure all spendings are within approved budget.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance program to minimize vehicle route breakdown and maximize vehicle availability
- Coordinate and assist with gathering of information on daily fleet activities through Fleet-Easy package.
- Relate with third party service provider in line with NBC policy and monitor progress and quality of work.
- Monitor fleet fuel consumption regularly, identify issues and rectify defects as required.
- Ensure compliance on corporate policies and SOP on fleet management at plant level to eliminate audit exposures.
- Calibrate and identify training needs of plant workshop personnel and ensure they participate in scheduled training programs.
- Ensure proper asset care, regular detailing and governance around all gadgets installed on all vehicles.
- Ensures all loaded trucks are in line with OEM rated load specification
- Recommends spare parts or vendors to the Warehouse Lead [Fleet) and the Fleet Manager (Fleet Services).
- Ensure truck visibility, functional alert systems, undertake accident investigation, evacuation, and implementation of CAP on fleet assets.
- Reviews and ensures all vehicle documentations (Vehicle Licenses, Driver Licenses, Hackney permit, Road Worthiness Certificates, Heavy Duty Permits, Local Govt. Stickers /Revenue etc.) are updated as and when due.
- Ensure every Driver has a valid driver’s license commensurate with the category of assets.
- Keep adequate records of all fleets, cost profile, driver’s eligibility, and maintenance history.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Engineering, Transportation, Sciences or Social and Management Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Core Fleet Maintenance and transportation management.
- Proficient in MS office
- Efficient knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge in fleet audit and effective stakeholders’ management will be an added advantage.

Job Description
- The Automation Specialist will carry out maintenance of all electrical/automation equipment (bottling and utilities) and their controls while ensuring high equipment reliability, high product quality, zero safety incidents and consistent delivery of budgeted volume targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Get involved in project implementations in the plant to ensure adherence to standard automation requirements for new and existing projects.
- Ensure availability and regular update of all user program backup for all automation equipment in the plant.
- Ensure availability and regular update of electrical documentation for all equipment in the plant.
- Conduct routine equipment health audit of all electrical controls of all equipment in the plant.
- Ensure the use of condition monitoring tools for the routine assessment of automation equipment status in all plants and draw CAP for all issues raised.
- Adhere to set standards in the plant automation operating procedures.
- Carry out regular inventory of automation spares and recommend critical spares to be purchased.
- Ensure attendance to shift handover meetings and documents issues and potential win areas for implementation.
- Do proper troubleshooting and repair of all electrical and automated machinery and all related controls.
- Always ensure machine uptime by ensuring continuous engineering response improvement.
- Ensure all breakers and fuses are adequately rated and set, and no vibrating or humming contactors or relays in the panel.

- Ensure that all machine guards, safety switches and status indicators on all equipment are in place and functional.
- Keep physical record of all electric motor on your line or assigned areas All motors must be clean and must not overheat, MUST be IP55 compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ electrical/automation engineering experience.
- Efficient knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Siemens & Omron PLCS, Danfoss, Omron, Sensors, PLC programming etc.
- Efficient knowledge of HMI & SCADA (WinCC Flexible, Zenon, TIA).
- Understanding of bottling technology.
