• You first log in to cvr.inecnigeria.org and register.
• Create a new portal user which requires, your legal name, mobile line, phone number, email, and password.
• You should receive an email, to verify and activate your account, and log back in to approve that the details you gave belong to you.
• After that, you are to fill out a form requesting biodata, date of birth, and also polling unit.
• After you are done with the biodata process, you are expected to upload a picture of yourself to the system.
• Once this process is concluded, you are to select a date for physical biometrics collation, and a list of centers would be offered closest to you. You are to finish the application process with the details you submitted and print the slip you used to continue the process at the INEC centers to get your PVC.
