Job Title: Sales Lead
Location: Sabo, Ikorodu – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Pella Group (Sabo, Ikorodu).
- For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall success.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet your personal monthly target and work closely with each sales executive to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and objectives. Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team members. Provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Outdoor Marketing: Develop and execute outdoor marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. This includes identifying target markets, organizing promotional events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service, effective communication, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate team and individual sales performance. Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the sales budget. Monitor expenditures, analyze cost-effectiveness, and propose adjustments to ensure the optimal allocation of resources.
- Minimum of HND or BSc
- 1 – 3 years experience
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate contract and close sales.
- Knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must have an experience in the Microfinance sector.
- Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
N50,000 – N65,000 Monthly.
