Job Title: Experienced Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the talent sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, customer evaluation, and closing new business.
  • Demonstrate a strong business case for the organization through a consultative and value-driven sales process
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Drive revenue through corporate/SME sales and partnerships
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, closing new sales opportunities, and leading contract negotiations
  • Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics and annual quota.
  • Partner with customer success, solutions, and business development teams to drive sales results
  • Achieve and communicate weekly and monthly commitment targets to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years work Experience in healthcare, Laboratory or Diagnostic settings
  • Having a Master’s Degree is added advantage
  • Ensure growth and Revenue generation
  • Develop a marketing and sales plan for each service area.
  • Ensure execution of all marketing and business plan.
  • Work with little or no supervision
  • Excellent social media skills, contract, Proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Good enterprise cabal and robust network.

Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and design new features for our products
  • Work with development teams, product managers to plan & prioritize, architecture, build, advance, and scale software solutions.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Participate in strategic technical decisions related to technology, definition, and implementation of digital products.
  • Deliver high quality, testable, secure, readable, and documented software with a focus on the customer.
  • Develop system architecture, requirements specifications, modularize features, etc

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of post NYSC work experience as a Software Developer
  • Experience designing interactive applications
  • Ability to develop software in JavaScript, Angular, C#, CSS, HTML5
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases such as Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or ORACLE
  • Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (e.g. MVC)
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.

Job Title: Telemarketing Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Telemarketing Manager who thrives on leading a team in a customer focused role.
  • The Telemarketing Manager will be responsible for the daily running and Management of the department through the effective use of resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers.
  • Developing database of potential customers through research on internet and social media platforms
  • Daily cold calls to potential clients
  • Daily follow up calls to existing and potential clients
  • Daily email and WhatsApp broadcast to existing and potential clients
  • Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
  • Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints
  • Achieving Sales Target

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A strong customer focus and a good telephone manner
  • The ability to work well in teams
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • A desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills
  • Confidence and a good business sense

  • The ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Must be smart, trainable and passionate about sales.
  • Must possess a can- do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and use of English.
  • Candidate is expected to live around Lekki-Ajah axis
  • Able to make video content for social media platforms.
  • Able to drive.
