Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Description
- Coordinate, support and monitor the retail sales team across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria
- Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
- Coordinate promotional sales such as Road shows etc.
- In charge of retail sales activities across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.
- Execute and drive the retail strategy
- Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
- Establish network and build good rapport with new clients.
- Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
- Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience managing a team within the retail and FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of Retail and FMCG Industry.
- Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
- Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
- Must be self -motivated
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be ready for extensive travel
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Locations: Onitsha-Anambra, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Kano and Ibadan-Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Regions / States:
- South – East: Enugu, Owerri – Imo, Ebonyi, Aba – Abia, Asaba – Delta (candidate must be resident in Onitsha)
- South-South: Benin – Edo, Akwa-Ibom, Warri – Delta , Bayelsa, Calabar – Cross River (candidate must be resident in Port-Harcourt)
- North-West: Kaduna, Katsina, Zamfara, Jigawa, Kebbi, Sokoto (candidate must be resident in Kano)
- South-West: Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo (candidate must be resident in Ibadan)
Job Description
- Analyzing existing range: Quality feedback
- Communicating to customers the features and range of products
- Analysis of needs and expectations from markets.
- Ability to build and develop a business line in the retail supermarkets, merchandising activities, promotions etc to create brand awareness
- Good relationship and contacts with reputable retail stores and having the ability to kick start business
- Utilization of all forms of social media marketing
- Spreading the brand visibility in many outlets by creating new accounts for new business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Sciences, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in retail sales
- Good market knowledge
- Presentable and with good communication skills
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Ability to work equally on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately under pressure. Additional Information Only candidates with FMCG experience in retailing and marketing to open market and distributors will be considered.
- Good market Knowledge of products.
