WHAT IS THE NEXT STAGE OF NDLEA RECRUITMENT 2021?
Face-to-face and written interview will be conducted for all shortlisted candidates. NDLEA will do their final selection after the interview and screening. To prepare for this interview, you need to get NDLEA recruitment screening past questions and answers. Get samples of job interview screening questions and study them properly.
Also, you need to appear good during your interview. Credits will be given to any candidate with good dress code. We will update this post whenever NDLEA release dress code for interview.

All shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. Applicants will be screened based on the qualifications / certificates they used during online application. We recommend you go to interview with originals and photocopies of the documents you uploaded on NDLEA portal during registration. Some of the requirements includes;

Selection Procedure / Process
First, successful candidates will be Shortlisted for the next stage. This will be followed by examination, screening and interviews.
