Job Title: Analyst, NOC Optimization
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage information gathering and documentation.
- Support system automation and manage reporting.
- Ensure reports are delivered as per standards and quality required.
- Act as custodian for user acceptance tests (UATs).
- Conduct quality checks in WIP environment.
- Provide data intelligence through reporting and recommendations by generating reports from multiple data sources in existing databases and systems.
- Provide clear expression of data and analysis results to stakeholders.
- Prepare and update network intelligence (optimization) dashboard with continuous tracking and evaluation of status.
- Define and update appropriate metrics to measure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to network optimization reporting and monitoring.
- Continuously monitor compliance with SLAs against set expectations, escalating breaches (if any) and periodically preparing SLA compliance report.
- Develop and manage the threat register with continuous monitoring and escalation of breaches (if any).
- Deliver weekly reports on all network threats.
- Commit to, and follow up on, timelines related to threat avoidance.
- Deliver weekly dashboard reports on network threats and possible avoidance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant discipline.

Job Title: Lead Analyst/ Analyst, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for a Lead Analyst/ Analyst, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC). Reporting into the PSOC Manager, you will be performing ongoing analyses of site security data to generate actionable insights which guide management decision-making and contribute towards shaping site security awareness across the business.
Responsibilities
- Compile, evaluate and disseminate security data independently and as directed.
- Evaluate security events, incidents, emergency and crisis situations; applying critical thinking to analyse and understand data trends and patterns with a means to creating a platform for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and provide company-specific up-to-date country-wide intelligence picture including tasking specific threats.
- Provide intelligence and threat briefings to management and other company personnel as requested.
- Prepare threat intelligence and data analysis reports on a routine basis in response to security incidents and as requested. These will include: weekly and monthly reports (with a focus on the provision of actionable insights), and incident-specific alerts.
- Produce and issue timely intelligence communications under supervision regarding events and incidents with the potential to negatively impact company staff and/ or operations.
- Engage with, and further develop, a comprehensive security intelligence network.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree (preferred) in Security & Intelligence, Political Science, International Development & Relations or related field.
- Academic or professional training in political or security analysis ideal.
- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigeria’s operating dynamics, including the geopolitical landscape and security environment.
- Demonstrable experience in the analysis and evaluation of security data, intelligence, trends and patterns, subsequently producing actionable insight reports and briefings.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an open source threat and data analyst.

Job Title: Lead Investigator, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC)

Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for a Lead Investigator, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC). Reporting into the PSOC Manager, you will be leading investigations into security incidents and events, as well as compiling, evaluating and disseminating findings.
Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking to analyze and understand investigative findings and their application to performance improvement.
- Prepare investigative reports on a routine basis and in response to specific top-down requests.
- Engage with PSOC data analysts to further develop credible trends and actionable insights.
- Conduct investigation de-briefings for management team.
- Develop comprehensive case evidence in which the legal prosecution of perpetrators is sought.
- Liaise with government security force personnel with a means to further develop critical relationships.
- Assess and report on localized dynamics and their impact on a specific investigation and site security in general.
- Analyze 3rd party security performance as a factor in security incidents or events that have taken place.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree (preferred) in Security & Intelligence, Political Science, International Development & Relations or related field.
- Academic or professional training in security and/ or legal investigations.
- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an investigator, preferably in a lead investigative role.
- Demonstrable experience in analysis and evaluation of security incidents and events, subsequently producing reports and briefings.

Job Title: Manager, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC)

Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC). Reporting into the Head of Security, you will oversee people, processes and operations in our PSOC to ensure ongoing security of sites across assigned regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned PSOC personnel and service providers, overseeing all PSOC processes and procedures.
- Manage schedules and oversee PSOC performance.
- Lead liaison with Operations, Security and Community teams and other entities as directed.
- Manage threat intelligence report development and coordinate rapid turnaround requests.
- Monitor national events in real time for general awareness and issues that could impact operations.
- Manage execution of actionable insight development and forecasting on geopolitical, security and localized site issues.
- Monitor responses to security incidents and emergencies.
- Manage and issue communications regarding regional events with potential to impact company staff and/ or operations.
