We are a proud Nigerian operation offering local support and services in the area of Human resource solutions with service offerings that include world-class personnel outsourcing, e-recruitment, headhunting, training and development, quality management solutions, outplacements, verification, computer-based pre-assessment, and competency testing as well as Business process outsourcing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Sales Admin / Operation

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: FMCG

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field (Business Administration)
  • FMCG experience is a must
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with MS Word Skill (Excel is a MUST, Power Point, Word is a must)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Good mathematics skills

Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 / Month.
