The Employment Law Unit (ELU) is responsible for representing the FBI in personnel-related administrative cases and advises the FBI on civil suits corresponding to employment problems. The Employment Law Attorney will represent the FBI concerning employment litigation before the US Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Commission, Merit System Protection Board (MSPB), and US federal courts. The Employment Law Attorney will also indulge in advisory activities to high officials of the FBI. He/she will advise high officials on legal procedures surrounding employment and future steps.
