Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO) is an indigenous company that ventured into Exploration and Production (E&P) business in the year 2005. SEEPCO participated in the 2005 bid round held by Department of Petroleum Resoucres (DPR) and was successful with license OML 143 (formerly OPL 280).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an Office Assistant who will support the Accounting team with administrative duties principally with sorting, scanning and filing of documents.

Responsibilities

• Filing of all Accounts documents in Physical file which can be retrieved easily at later stage.
• Scanning of the Accounts document and numbering them as per instruction.
• Uploading the scanning documents on Share point Portal as per instruction.

Requirements

• OND in any field.
• 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft office tools at the intermediate level.
