Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As part of SubMed Nigeria’s expansion and restructuring, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager who will primarily be responsible for new business development, sustaining business relationships and overseeing Zonal Marketing executives.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and pitch to prospective customers
- Ensures monthly sales targets are met
- Pitch Company products and services to potential customers
- Develop, maintain, and apply a high-level knowledge of the Company’s portfolio of products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage existing business relationships
- Schedule clinical meetings for presentations with Key Opinion Leaders
- Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue
- Manage Zonal Marketing Executives to meet their targets
- Monitor Market Trends
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process from inception to delivery
- Other jobs as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences or any relevant degree
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is a must
- Communication skills
- In-depth understanding of medical products
- Ability to motivate team members.
Job Title: Store & Inventory Executive
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Store & Inventory Executive supervises the warehouse process, puts control measures in place against theft and to ensure items in the warehouse are kept in good condition.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating records in the warehouse.
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
- Compiling balance, price and cost reports
- Ensuring deliveries are timely and accurate
- Handling logistics of the company
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have minimum of an HND
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory control.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Job Title: Driver
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- Ensure timely conveyance of staff and clients to and from inspection sites as instructed by the supervisor
- Report any mechanical malfunctions on the vehicles through the proper channel
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage to vehicles to the supervisor
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
- Timely requisition of vehicle documents
- Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
- Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries at the appropriate time
- Dress professionally at all times
- Ensure all vehicles are parked properly by close of business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of an SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Excellent road network within and outside Lagos
- The candidate must have a valid driver’s license
- Proximity to Opebi will be highly considered.
