Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, face to face or social media.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services in the banking halls.

Education and Experience

OND / HND holders with a proven passion for sales and networking can also apply.
Minimum of 2 years banking experience in similar role.
Fresh graduates can also apply as interns.
