National Housing Programme (NHP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria’s development agenda for addressing Housing needs. The program commenced in the year 2016 in 34 States and FCT. The completed housing units all over the country are to be sold to low and medium income groups through mortgage and rent-to-own subscription windows.
Payment of Non-Refundable application fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only through Remita. A pin would be generated to give the applicant access to the portal to complete the application form. All applicants are required to print out successfully completed application forms for onward submission to their Primary Mortgage Bank for mortgage facility. Applicants whose mortgage applications are successful would be allocated the house type of their choice in their preferred location.
Adult above 18 years, have a verifiable means of income or employment and a contributor to National Housing Fund and must comply with the terms and conditions of sale including completing online application.
The application fee is N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) and it is non-refundable.
