Job Title: Resourcing Officer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Review recruitment process and suggest the best option for company needs
Research and choose job advertising options which work best for the organisation
Work in partnership with the management to research and design a consistent recruitment strategy
Filter and evaluate CVs and applications
Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Source and select candidates
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising)
Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is important to succeed in this job role

Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc / HND in Human Resource or any related field is needed with 1- 3 years experience as a resourcing officer.

Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide product and service information to customers
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Process orders, forms, and application
Route inbound calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

BSc / HND in Mass Communication, English or related field with 1-2 years post NYSC Experience in a call centre environment
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Produce weekly and Monthly management as well as financial reports (Bank reconciliation)
Financial management and reporting
Show true reflection of company’s financial status
Provide sound financial advice to the management
Cash Flow analysis and Projection (Monthly)
Staff Payroll Management (Statutory taxes etc)
Quarterly Budget preparation
Coordinate all Statutory Obligations – VAT, PAYE, Income TAX
Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
