Nigeria Police begin recruitment of constables – July 11, 2020

The Nigeria Police Force 2020 recruitment for new constables. Interested applicants are to register via its recruitment portal via www.policerecruitment.gov.ng

All candidates are to use the Nigeria police force application portal  via www.policerecruitment.gov.ng while the names of the successful candidates would be released on 14th of September, 2020.

Nigeria Police  Force ( NPF ) Other requirements that must be satisfied as contained in the statement are that; applicants must be Nigerians by birth; possess a minimum of five credits at O’Level in not more than two sittings, including Mathematics and English; be between ages of 17 and 25 years; be medically, physically and psychologically fit; and not be less than 1.67 metres tall for male and 1.64 metres tall for female.

The Police announced that the online application will be opened for a period of 6 weeks, from the 14th of July to the 23rd of August, 2020. In 2019, President Muhammadu Buhari approved the recruitment of 10,000 police personnel on an annual basis as part of moves to motivate and enhance the manpower of the Nigeria Police Force

All application must be done on the new Nigeria police recruitment registration portal  via www.policerecruitment.gov.ng   only.

Any application done outside this new 2020 Nigeria police registration portal will not be shortlisted.

Nigeria Police Recruitment 2020 Registration Requirement

• Valid Email address and Phone Number
• Must be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess National Identity Number (NIN)
• Must be aged between 17-25 years.
• Olevel Result – a minimum of Five (5) Credits in not more than two sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB with credit passes in English and Mathematics.
• Applicant Height: Not less than 1.67m tall for male and 1.64m tall for female
• Applicant Chest Measurement: have less than 86cm (34 inches)
