The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 587 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria which has taken the total number of confirmed cases to 17,735.
In its daily report, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said the new cases were detected in 17 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The total number of new confirmed cases among the states includes;

The NCDC’s also reported that 344 patients recovered and have been discharged from coronavirus in the country. This brings the total of recovery and discharged cases to 5,967.
Also 14 new deaths were also recorded, bringing the total of coronavirus deaths in Nigeria to 469.
