8 Things You Should Do Before Going To Sleep.

Some people knowingly or unknowingly just surrender to bed immediately they are in the bedroom.It is unhealthy and dangerous to your night. For a smooth relaxing night do the following.

Stay like 20 minutes before going to bed

You should not eat and immediately go to bet. It is unhealthy. Digestion needs to take place.Staying some minutes allows the body relax, chasing away all your worries and stress.15-30 minutes is perfect.

Allows your mind relax.

Keep away technology

The pervasive nature of technology has led to some people sleeping with their phones on the hands or above the head.The reason behind this is charting.You will fall asleep waiting for someone to reply your text and this end up having a stressful night.

Eat fruits, avoid high fat foods

Foods containing lot of fats will disturb your night.Sweat will not allow you to be comfortable.Eating fruits maintains the body health thus enough sleep.Also make sure you drink much water to remain hydrated.

Do not take too much.One is enough.Avoid alcohol and coffee.

Write down things you are grateful for in the previous day

The key to success is by strengthening your abilities.Writing down the things you are grateful for or your fears allows the mind to be free.You will wake up the next day ready with a starting point.

Listen some music or tell stories with family

Relaxing your mind before sleep gives you a better chance of fruitful night.Being with the family sharing stories gets your joy and you will sleep happier.Also music transports the human mind to a land of limitless possibilities.

Put your phone on airplane mode

There are those nights when you are disturbed by the ringtone.Maybe it is a message not all important but those of conmens saying you have won a bet.Avoid this.To ensure your night is awesome, put your phone on do not disturb or airplane mode.

Set an alarm

It is always important to set the alarm. This is to ensure you do not oversleep.Scientifically, a human is supposed to sleep for a maximum of 8 hours.
