Appeal Court ruling removes Oshiomhole as APC chairman

A three man panel of appeal court upheld a ruling by a high Court suspending Oshiomhole as APC chairman

Oshiomhole suspension as the national chairman of the APC has been upheld by the court of appeal in Abuja 

In a delivered judgment oTuesday, a three man panel of the appeal court dismissed Oshiomhole against an earlier judgment of a high court of FCT

The appellate court held that Oshiomhole appeal was without merit. The FCT high court in its judgment held among others that Oshiomhole can no longer act as the APC National chairman having been suspended by his local branch, a suspension failed to challenge before the party’s National working committee (NEC) suspended him
