Buhari returns back safely to Nigeria on Saturday 19 after medical vacation

The  President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria  Muhammadu Buhari arrives safely to Nigeria after a medical trip to the United Kingdom, UK. The Executive Governor of Katsina State, Mr. Aminu Bello Masari , testify on Saturday that God has not failed Nigerians and friends of Nigerians all over the world.

President Muhammadu Buhari landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja after 103 days on medical treatment in the United Kingdom. The President returned on Nigeria’s Presidential jet with the registration number 5N-FGT at about 4:35 PM. The president was welcomed by an enormous delegation, governors, ministers, security service chiefs and his aides. This delegation was led by his Deputy, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) gave the news earlier that president Muhammadu  Buhari, who has been out of the country receiving medical treatment in the United Kingdom for the past 100 days, is expected to arrive the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja at 3.00 p.m.

NAN also reported that other Tour members of staff in the presidency are also on standby, while security vehicles and personnel attached to the president’s convoy had since left for the airport to welcome the president. And that members of the presidential guards brigade were seen moving toward the airport after performing their rehearsal at the walkway in Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari, whose absence triggered protests both in Nigeria and London, with so many asking for his resumption or resignation if his health is not stable enough, is expected to make a national broadcast to Nigerians on Monday at 7a.m.
One of the Governors revealed that he had spoken with the president a week ago and the President had asked for him to express his sincere appreciation to Nigerians for their prayers and moral support
The president left Nigeria on May 7, for another round of his medical treatment in London.
While in London, a number of people visited president Muhammadu Buhari,, including Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, who was the first to hint Nigerians about the president’s recovery.
Other visitors are leaders of the All Progressives Congress, state governors, Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker Yakubu Dogara.
Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, also visited the president at London.
